Exclusive of travel to and from the Resort, and additional snacks and beverages. If you require additional nights' booking, and/or assistance with airport or other transfer, this can be arrange with your Retreat Coordinator once booking is confirmed. There is a whatsapp group that is created 5 days before the Retreat, and it is possible to share transport between participants to the venue.
Below, you will be guided through the booking process. Please see the relevant instructions for either deposit payment now or financing the Retreat:

1. Select your Retreat and if you are booking for one or two participants.
2. Pay the deposit amount through our secure online payment portal.
3. On successful payment you will be required to complete an online Participant Form - where we get a few details from you!
Tanya Vieira will be in touch soon after your confirmation to officially welcome you and get you up to speed with next steps. She is there to hold your hand every step of the way in both the run-up of the Retreat and in the Retreat itself.

2. BOOKING VIA RETREAT FINANCING
We have a fabulous collaboration in place with InkFin who are awesome. You can apply for funding to be paid off over either a 12 or 24 month period - and sooner if you wish, with no penalty or additional fees. Follow these steps to apply:
1. Go to: https://www.smilingsoulcreations.com/book and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the Loan Calculator
2. For 'Amount' input R13950 and then select your loan duration and click calculate. This will show you what monthly repayments you can expect upon approval.
3. Make sure you have the documents required on hand, and click Apply to begin the application process. You will be taken through the application steps.
You will be notified within 3 working days whether your application has been successful, and you will then sign a contract with Inkfin and officially be confirmed on the Retreat!
Terms of Participation
Travel, Insurance and any related costs for you to get to the venue are not part of the package. Kindly note that all activities are at your own risk and we will not be responsible for medical, health, or personal injury or items being lost or affected in any way. We will however do our best to accommodate any food preferences or allergies that you may have. Kindly include this in the Participant Form or discuss it with your Retreat Coordinator once confirmed.
Once a deposit is received it is non-refundable by default; however it is transferable to a later Retreat date up to 6 weeks before the original Retreat start date with a penalty due of R1500/$120. In the event that you can no longer attend, you may find someone to substitute your participation, in which case any payments minus administration costs will be refunded . Payment of the deposit confirms your participation; we request that full payment is made at least one month before your Retreat date.
